For our client, a large pharmaceutical company based in Basel, we are looking for an **Infrastructure Flex Team Employee (M/F/d)**

**Background**:
«Synthetic Molecules Technical Development (PTDC) brings a broad range of experience in Drug Substance (DS), Drug Product (DP), Analytical Sciences and Manufacturing Science & Technology and works closely with key partners in the following areas: Research and Early Development (pRED/gRED), Commercial Manufacturing (PTM) as well as Global Engineering Development (PTD).
PTDC is responsible for the technical development of our pipeline as well as the manufacturing of DS and DP for clinical trials in our manufacturing network. In PTDC, synthetic molecules become drugs. We develop robust, cost-efficient manufacturing processes and create knowledge through innovation and continuous improvement in a collaborative environment.
The Plant Support & Compliance (PTDC-T) Flexteam is responsible for calibration, infrastructure, operational safety and technical projects in the areas of DS at Scale-up & Supply (PTDC-S) in buildings 29/31/62 and DP at Pharmaceutical Research and Development (PTDC-F) building 97. This role is crucial for the smooth operation and compliance in the technical development of synthetic molecules. We offer our partners a high-quality service according to cGMP guidelines.

**Main tasks and areas of responsibility**:

- Operating and maintaining the infrastructure systems & facilities
- Operating the media and energies such as purified water, process air, compressed air, breathing air, sewage systems, etc.
- Technical contact for the PI monitoring system (PI = Process Information)
- Support of the ventilation system for the GMP and non-GMP manufacturing areas
- Environmental and media monitoring as well as trending
- Processing of changes, CAPAs and deviations as well as carrying out root cause analyses
- Creation or adaptation of documents (standard operational procedures)
- Management of the infrastructure in the stability test areas
- Carrying out room qualifications and classifications
- Contact for authorities and self-inspections

**Must Haves**:

- You have completed vocational training or a university degree in the pharmaceutical or technical field (e.g. chemical or pharmaceutical technologist/pharmaceutical technician/chemical technician/pharmaceutical engineer or similar)
- You have at least five years of experience in the GMP environment (production and/or development) Additional experience/training can be an additional plus point
- You have a strong technical background and a solid technical understanding in the area of infrastructure systems including their controls
- You are used to working according to cGMP guidelines
- You have experience in the area of infrastructure
- You have experience with project management and coordination
- You have experience with conceptual problem solving in the GMP environment
- You have fluent knowledge of German (C1) and English, both written and spoken (B2)
- You are a positive-thinking, independent, proactive and honest person with high social skills and flexibility
- You are open to the digital world and are willing to expand your skills in the area of digital systems
- You work in a results-oriented manner, feel responsible for your work and are interested, even if it seems to continuously question and improve established processes
