Our client is an industrial company. Active in the biopharmaceutical industry, their activities spread internationally. In order to strengthen its finance department and address the growth of its activities, it is looking for a person to join the newly created role of:
Manufacturing Controller

Your responsibilities:

- You are responsible for the management and reporting of costs across the whole production value chain
- You develop a clear record of product cost and perform profitability analyses at product level. In this regard, you work in close collaboration with the manufacturing teams
- You develop costs and profitability analyses at product level
- Along with the responsible of the finance department you develop the budget and forecasts
- You analyze discrepancies and propose solutions to implement corrective actions
- You actively collaborate with finance teams oversees to ensure correct reporting line of data
- You ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data in the ERP and formulate recommendations and propose solutions to enhance IT solutions & tools
- You assist in special projects and ad-hoc analyses
- You act as the main point of contact for audit purposes

Your profile:

- You hold a superior diploma in finance, accounting and/or controlling
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in controlling in an industrial environment
- You have a good knowledge and practice of French and English
- You have a strong experience and are savvy with financial ERPs (SAP a must
- You can work independently along with a good team spirit. You are proactive and result oriented
- Your communication skills and adaptation skills allow you to collaborate with a large number of stakeholders
