Project Accountant

**What you're going to do**:
We are looking for a well-organized and dynamic person to join our motivated project office team in Zurich.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing all project, license and maintenance agreements (project portfolio management) from sending to filing and archiving (physically and electronically).
- Monitoring and coordination of the sales pipeline
- Triggering and monitoring of accounts receivable invoices, incl. dunning process
- Budget and controlling tasks, deadline monitoring, milestones
- Responding to inquiries from customers and project managers regarding project budgets and invoices
- Supporting project managers in contractual aspects of project administration

**What we're looking for**:
For this responsible and varied job, we expect:

- a completed commercial education
- experience in project business, contract management and accounts receivable accounting
- good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, ABACUS knowledge is an advantage
- very good language skills in German and English, French is an advantage
- accuracy and a flair for numbers
- independent and responsible action, well organized with ability to plan ahead and initiative
- Determination and strong communication skills
