Coordonner le travail des équipes du restaurant (Equipiers, cuisiniers,

livreurs)
- Assister le Manager dans les tâches administratives et RH
- Assister le Manager dans la gestion des différentes problématiques

quotidiennes (techniques, logistiques, clients, personnel)
- Assister le Manager dans sa fonction opérationnelle et assurer sa fonction en son absence
- Assurer la formation et l’intégration des nouvelles recrues
- Assurer le respect des standards de vente, d’hygiène, de service et de

livraison
- Assurer la gestion quotidienne et courante du restaurant
- Veiller au bon déroulement des livraisons (qualité des produits et respect

des délais de livraison)
- Suivre le turnover et les besoins de recrutement
- Assurer et veiller au bon fonctionnement des activités du restaurant
- Assurer l’ouverture et la fermeture du restaurant
- Ouvertures et clôtures de caisses
- Élaboration des commandes quotidiennes et hebdomadaires des divers fournisseurs - Posséder une expérience d'au moins 1 an dans la restauration
- Très bonne connaissance du français et de l'anglais
- Personnalité orientée service, efficace et possédant un excellent relationnel
- Autonomie et sens aigu de l’anticipation
- Excellente présentation
- Bonnes capacités rédactionnelles en français (bon niveau d'orthographe)
- Polyvalence, flexibilité, leadership, rigueur et sens de l'organisation
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques de bureautique usuels
