Trade Compliance Manager

As a Trade Compliance Manager, you will develop, enable and support trade compliance within the Endress+Hauser Group. The position is located in Reinach, Switzerland.
**Role + Responsibilities**:
- You ensure Trade Compliance in accordance with legal requirements and regulations
- You develop, implement and support global standards (e.g. Standard 231) and Global Trade Services (SAP-GTS)
- You are responsible for Compliance Management (export control)
- You are responsible for Customs Management (interface to customs authorities)
- You ensure Risk Management (HS codes, prefrence processing and origin)
- You ensure Compliance reporting (Intrastat)
- You develop a broad network within the Endress+Hauser group and cooperate closely with authorities
- You implement and support security programs (AEO, C-TPAT, Known Shipper, ICP)
- You develop and implement foreign trade manuals and training concepts You develop processes of foreign trade management regarding export compliance (e.g. VAT) in all Endress+Hauser entities
**Qualifications + Profile**:
- Technical or Business degree
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Expertise in export (control), import and shipment processing
- Proven experience with customs, forwarders and authorities
- Knowledge of transport-insurances, international payment transactions, customs laws
- Creativity, analytical thinking, communication skills and deep intercultural competence
- Strong project and process management capabilities (Kaizen)
- Collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
- Fluent German and English skills Willingness to travel
