**Analytics Leadership**:You collaborate with senior business stakeholders to translate business and data strategies into a comprehensive portfolio of analytics products. You ensure alignment between the product area vision and SCORs strategic objectives.
- **Product Shaping**:You own the product lifecycle from conceptualization to implementation, prioritizing and sequencing product initiatives based on business value, technical feasibility, and resource capacity. You drive the high-level product design and validate the hypotheses.
- **Team Leadership**:You oversee and mentor a cross-functional delivery team, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and project management to deliver on time and within scope.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:You drive the collaboration between the business and delivery teams, ensuring continuous feedback loops and alignment on objectives. You build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across business functions and technical teams.
- **Data & Analytics Expertise**:You act as a key leader understanding the data & analytics opportunities of your area. You leverage this knowledge to shape data-driven solutions that deliver measurable impact to the business.
- **Product Delivery Experience**:7+ years of experience in analytics product delivery, preferably in Re-/Insurance, with multi-year experience leading cross-functional delivery teams.
- **Product Management Expertise**:Multi-year experience shaping effective analytics products
- **Reinsurance Knowledge**: Deep experience delivering analytical solutions in at least one of the following areas: P&C Reinsurance, L&H Reinsurance, Insurance, Finance, Risk Management
- **Leadership**:Proven track record of managing delivery teams and leading large, complex initiatives with multiple, senior stakeholders. Experience in managing both product and technical aspects is key.
- **Education**:Quantitative bachelor’s or master’s degree (e.g. Physics, Data Science, Engineering) or equivalent
