**Main Purpose**:
Our two year graduate development programme is designed to provide you with a structured series of rotations across our core trading business, in areas such as Deals Desk, Operations, Trade Finance and Analysis.
You will have the opportunity to complete three 8 month rotations, all based in Geneva, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the business and opening up a future of unlimited opportunities within the Trafigura group.
**Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities**:
- A minimum of a 2:1 / 3.4 GPA (or equivalent) in any field
- 0-2 years of postgraduate working experience
- Fluency in English - both oral and written
- Dynamic and upbeat personality
- Ability to take initiatives
- Problem solving and analytical thinking
- Outstanding communication
