**Meine Aufgaben**
- Unterstützung des Projektleiters und des Projektteams bei administrativen Aufgaben
- Internes On-Boarding neuer Projekt-Teammitglieder (u.a. IT-Einführung und Installation)
- Durchführung von Bestellungen für bspw. Bürobedarf oder Sicherheitsartikel
- Kontrolle eingehender Rechnungen
- Organisation und Koordination von Meetings und Konferenzräumlichkeiten
- Organisation von Veranstaltungen inkl. Verpflegung
- Organisation von Projektbesuchen wie bspw. Baustellenbesichtigungen
- Management der Arbeitszeitkontrolle

**Meine Qualifikationen**
- Deutsch und Englisch fließend
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ähnliche Abschlüsse
- Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse, SAP von Vorteil
- IT Affinität und Organisationstalent
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Durchsetzungsvermögen, kommunikative und starke Persönlichkeit
- Eine flexible und eigenständige Arbeitsweise sind vorausgesetzt
