**_ In this role, you will be responsible for _**
**_identifying transformation opportunities within large organizations and driving that transformation through our Digital, Analytics and Consultative capabilities with our industry leading methodologies._**

**_Responsibilities_**:
**_ _**
- **_Establish strong relationships in key & prospective accounts to understand their priorities and state of their business; use that knowledge to provide strategic recommendations that enable the overall success of their business_**

**_ _**
- **_Bring strong advisory experience to elevate point of views, offerings, and outcomes specific and relevant for clients _**
- **_Drive relationship development and stakeholder management at CXO level across buying centers_**

**_ _**
- **_Responsible driving growth within a regional or global portfolio ranging from $10m to $35m through partnership with enterprise sales and mining of existing relationships; identify/close/deliver consulting opportunities as well as larger transformation opportunities including managed services_**

- **_Build vision for portfolio and enable vision through strategic roadmap including the creation and implementation of growth plans for key/strategic accounts._**

- **_Research industry and domain best practices and trends to improve internal offerings and solutions to our clients_**

- **_Keep teams and services apprised of relevant trends and opportunities that can add value to our clients and accelerate our growth_**

- **_Identify opportunities for expanding Genpact services to drive business value across client engagement_**

- **_Build industry relevant digital offerings that can be standardized, repeated and scaled_**

- **_Invest in the Genpact brand by developing and publishing industry relevant white papers_**

**_ _**
- **_Evaluate the structure, policies, operations, current tech stack, people and ways of working of a client and recommend a transformation vision including process, products, and data, that enable the client to achieve its goals_**

- **_Translate recommended transformation vision into a set of requirements and customer roadmap_**

- **_Leverage our standard methodologies in the delivery and implementation of project/program scope to drive business value for our clients_**

- **_Responsible for the full end to end lifecycle of entire team including hiring, onboarding, assessing, and evaluating performance and firing team members._**

- **_Provide leadership to the team through coaching, mentoring and development of staff_**

- **_Consults with leadership and HR on sensitive and difficult employee situations and issues_**

- **_Builds meaningful relationships and community within the team_**

- **_Ensure new staff are trained in an efficient and effective way_**

**_ Qualifications we seek in you_**:

**_Minimum Qualifications_**
**_ _**
- **_Bachelor’s degree or Masters/MBA in the either of the following disciplines: business, finance, supply chain, accounting, analytics, engineering, or data management_**

- **_Relevant years of experience driving transformation for large organizations_**

**_ _**
- **_Demonstrable expertise in relevant industry and applicable domains_**

**_ _**
- **_Thorough understanding of digital and analytical trends within industry_**

**_ _**
- **_Project management experience and exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage_**

**_ _**
- **_Experience with global clients and stakeholders_**

**_ _**
- **_Experience with collaboration and facilitation techniques_**

**_ _**
- **_Knowledge of project planning techniques_**

**_ _**
- **_Experience leading cross-functional teams_**

- **_Experience with effectively influencing C-level customer and internal stakeholders_**
