Client:
A mid-sized industrial multinational with global activities. This role will be based in one of the plants, in the Basel region, manufacturing a specific line of products within the groups product range.

Role:
Reporting to the Global Operations Director, this role will ensure efficient and LEAN plant site management. Leading a team of about 8 direct reports, the function will have overall responsibility for providing leadership and strategic direction to the factory team in order to achieve plans, targets and customer delivery. The function will specifically be responsible for driving improvements in safety, productivity, quality, cost and delivery.

**Profile**:

- Engineering degree or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years experience in production within an international and fast paced industrial corporate
- Fluent German and English
- Experience in manufacturing and assembly
- Proven experience in process improvement in the areas of productivity, inventory, quality and health and safety
- Geographically mobile
- Proven experience in change management
