**CONTEXT**:
Within an international and multi-branded environment, Richemont Customer Service (RCS) department’s mission is to provide an efficient organizational model to optimize the worldwide Customer Service operations.

The **main mission of the internship** will be to **support the development of the External Repair Network **- for all product families.

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**:
You will work within a **talented and multidisciplinary team** on various tasks:

- Assess with teams all around the globe the needs and pain points of current processes and seek areas of improvement
- Enhance and update the digital tools used
- Put in place reporting tools accessible to all Regions and Maisons to give visibility on our Network
- Proactively identify improvement opportunities and implement them

**WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE?**:

- You have or are currently pursuing a **Bachelor or Master’s degree** (engineering or business)
- You are **fluent in English**, French is a plus
- You are **analytical and enjoy looking for creative solutions** to technical or business problems
- You know the **basics of programming** and are proficient in Microsoft Excel, experience with SharePoint a plus
- You are available for a period of **6 months**:

- **You are eligible to an internship agreement with your school/university**
