We’re looking for a product specialist (until 31.07.2026) to:

- deeply understand the needs of our clients looking for investment advice and support them and our client advisors by coming up with personalized and relevant investment proposals
- work jointly with central team to enable a smooth transition of Credit Suisse clients to UBS
- closely engage with our methodology specialists to further evolve the portfolio optimization methods in line with client and client advisor needs
- act as product specialist within an agile team, participating in agile ceremonies and collaborating with engineering colleagues to deliver the product
- ensure the quality and compliance of the product, including stability, performance and maintainability also under the enhanced client base

**Your team**
- In our agile delivery model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods. You will be working in the digital advisory team in Zurich focusing on wealth management clients looking for investment advice. Your pod’s goal is to provide fully personalized, suitable and CIO aligned investment proposals with one click. There, you will have the opportunity to shape how UBS is providing innovative investment advice to clients and client advisors.

**Your expertise**
- working in agile environments with strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product management
- delivery of complex banking products to clients, ideally in investing and related products including OTC, structured products, ETF etc.
- 2-5 years’ experience in the financial industry and in (agile) project management
- a bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, business administration, economics or similar (professional) education
- team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- fluent in English, German is a plus
