We are looking for a highly experienced person in the context of business transformation and Enterprise Architecture, with a customer-centric mind-set who helps us to shape the future.

You are an integral part of the strategic transformation, driving digitalization and leveraging global solutions in an international environment.

You are responsible for orchestrating the divisional Enterprise Architects and take ownership for results having a direct report to the Head of Enterprise Architecture. Regular engagement in strategic boards is a key part of your role: You drive the establishing of bank wide strategic architecture and it's implementation, incorporating divisional interest. You boost overall business impact of the EA function and ensure perceived value add of services offered increases steadily.

**YOUR CHALLENGE**:

- You orchestrate the divisional Enterprise Architects creating an environment that allows EAs to efficiently align an E2E reference architecture on bank wided level
- Keep track of reference architecture updates on a regular basis, with new internal and external factors incorporated
- Taking ownership for results, you ensure architectural goals are identified, gaps are analyzed and actions to senior management are proposed
- You set standards for collaboration within a decentral model consisting of business domains and central Enterprise Architecture function by facilitating between roles involved
- Closely collaborate with Enterprise Architecture Head and division managers, deeply understand targets and interests of business domain and IT / architecture function and balance these interests taking bank-wide requirements into consideration
- You own and optimize EA methodologies and best practices and ensure their applicability
- Organize and conduct internal training sessions for roles involved and make sure relevant EA Services, value proposition and deliverables are understood
- You define guardrails, standards and guidelines aligned with EA Head and measure the adherence

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- You have at least five years of experience in a change management or architectural role within the financial industry or consulting with banking focus
- You have successfully led strategic programs, architectural projects and/or have a track record in business transformation
- Are able to work with senior stakeholders on „eye-level“, with strong decision making skills
- You have deep cross-divisional know-how of business model, operating model, processes and finance
- Deeply understand strategic & tactical architectural topics and are able to balance business and bank-wide interests
- You are highly skilled in facilitation, moderation, prioritization and building consensus
- Have knowledge and curiosity in current technologies, IT Trends and financial market developments
- Speak and write English fluently, other languages like German would be beneficial
- You have strong personal drive with good organizational skills
- You can convince with strong interpersonal communication skills, which are crucial in this multi-disciplinary and dynamic environment
- You have a growth and agile mindset - you are always willing to learn, can teach others to accept failures, and encourage them to keep learning
