**Your responsibilities**:

- Anchor quality awareness from the team to the organization
- Coaching and support of our customers in the test project
- Creation of test concepts, strategies and plans
- Stakeholder management, for example appropriate preparation and communication of test results, test progress and other metrics
- Organization and management of the test team and the test project Risk management - identifying and addressing risks
- Development of specialist topics and knowledge transfer within Xebia

**Your skills**:

- You find the balance between empathy and assertiveness You have experience in test management
- Experience in software test design and testing
- Methodical knowledge and practical experience in the classic and agile software development models
- Completed studies and certifications in test management and testing (ISTQB CTFL required, ISTQB Advanced Level is an advantage)
- Creative, communicative and customer-oriented personality
- Knowledge of tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
- Very good knowledge of German and English is a must
- Ideally, you already have experience in test automation
