Global Go-to-market Lead Orthodontics

**Job Purpose**
The Global Go-To-Market Lead Orthodontics DSO as part of the DSO Enterprise Solutions Team is responsible for establishing differentiated end-to-end enterprise solutions in orthodontics. The position consults DSOs and the DSO sales teams in leveraging Straumann Group value contribution for Dental Support Organizations. Starting from identifying desired DSO solutions, concluding customer pilots, and performing co-creation together with key opinion leaders to developing respective go-to-market strategies as well as rollout and commercialization plans. Together with the DSO key account management and the local organizations, this function takes an active role in establishing scalable delivery models.
**Main Tasks and Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for defining and expanding differentiated DSO solutions in orthodontics along the consumer journey.
- Continuous observation of market dynamics to understand customer’s pain points, working closely with the different product segments to improve and enhance the DSO's offering in a customer-centric approach with suitable methodologies (e.g., value proposition design & customer value creation).
- Support the DSO incubator, Business Development, Partner Management & PLM team in screening and evaluating potential partners with respect to their portfolio and value proposition, as part of our DSO solutions portfolio.
- Establish scalable delivery models and global go-to-market strategies (e.g., driving global sales initiatives, business model refinement, etc.) for End-to-End DSO solutions to assure the business success.
- Actively engage in pursuits together with the DSO sales team, directly working with DSOs to evaluate business benefits and define specific solutions for orthodontic workflows. Develop and manage solution pilots in close collaboration with the regions.
- Guide and support the regions to rollout and adopt DSO solutions into a profitable business taking varying market environments, adoption barriers and competitors into consideration.
- Develop a global sales enablement concept as part of the market introduction process for the regional business management and ensure proper roll-out together with Marketing and Education Managers.
- Support new business models, prepare business plans and monitor the business results of DSO Enterprise Solutions related KPIs.
**Profile**:
Education and work experience
- Master's or University degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience.
- Experience within the dental or general health industry in business development, product management and/or go-to-market related functions is highly preferred.
- Familiar with innovation/co-creation methods (business model innovation, value proposition design) and are confident regarding their use with customers and partners.
- Experience in product or project management concerning dentistry or general health software or solutions or direct-to-consumer related services.
- Experienced in working in a global matrix organization
- Strong service skills and customer focus.
- Strong capabilities in English (speaking and writing), further languages a plus.
