**ROLE DESCRIPTION**
- Your expertise in software architecture, integrations, APIs, and project management will be crucial in driving the organization towards efficient and effective outcomes.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Solution Development: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business challenges and requirements, and develop innovative solutions to address them.
- Project Management: Lead and manage end-to-end solution implementation projects, including planning, resource (external and internal) allocation, budgeting, and risk management.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to gather insights, align objectives, and ensure effective implementation of business solutions.
- Process Improvement: Analyze existing processes and workflows, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Technology Evaluation: Assess emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for digital transformation and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth adoption of new business solutions across the organization.
- Training and Support: Provide guidance, training, and ongoing support to end-users, ensuring a seamless transition to new processes and technologies.

**KEY QUALIFICATIONS**
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and to developer teams (internal or external)
- Strong understanding of API management, architecture and design principles (especially RESTful APIs), gateway/load balancing and other integration patterns
- Solid knowledge of cloud-based technologies, preferably with Microsoft Azure
