**About The Role**:
As our Risk Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and development of risk management, including reporting to line managers and the Executive Committee. You will report to the CRO of YAPEAL.

**Expect a Day Full of**:

- Continuously improving the methodology, development and implementation of the ICS including risk assessments, controls and key risk indicators
- Preparing the semi-annual risk management report including the necessary analyses
- Implementing and regular updating of risk-relevant guidelines (operational risk, information security, outsourcing)
- Planning, preparing and performing risk management training
- Preparing and accompanying the regulatory audit in the area of risk management
- Ensuring compliance with outsourcing requirements
- Preparing the necessary basis for decision-making for the Executive Board and the Board of Directors
- Representing and closely coordinating with the CRO
- Collaborating on projects and any special tasks
- Assessing and developing business models from a risk management perspective (e.g. outsourcing, information security, data protection)

- Cooperation with internal customers at all organisational levels as well as with external bodies (audit)
- High quality standards

Professional and technical
- Education or further education in risk management (e.g. CAS/DAS from a university of applied sciences)
- Several years of experience in risk management in the financial industry
and/or tech company
- Sound understanding of legal and regulatory requirements in risk management as well as excellent knowledge of specific local FINMA requirements and operational risk management procedures
- Strong analytical skills, creativity, critical thinking
- IT affinity and willingness to actively participate and develop in an agile, technology-driven environment
- Fluent in (Swiss-)German, good knowledge of English is a must
