Manager - Integrated Risk & Controls

Our risk & controls experts support clients across risk domains by resolving risk issues and capturing opportunities. Contribute to high growth of our Integrated Risk & Controls team, assisting clients in their journey to manage risk in line with their business strategy.

**Your contribution to KPMG**
- Lead risk & control projects across risk domains: enterprise risk management; financial reporting, third party or Digital, IT & cyber risk; risk technology;
- Oversee assessments; remediation of regulatory or audit deficiencies; redesign or optimization of controls; control execution and testing; or risk technology implementations
- Convert identified issues and opportunities in client risk environments into projects;
- Lead proposals and business cases;
- Pro-actively develop the network of risk & control professionals and lead events.

- You are self-motivated, flexible, with strong communication skills and experience in client consulting and business proposals 5-8 years of experience in transformation, Enterprise Risk Management, financial reporting, third-party or Digital, IT risk & controls, or risk technology (e.g., GRC tools);
- Expertise in scoping processes, assessing risks, and designing, optimizing, performing, remediating, or testing controls;
- Hands-on experience in leading risk and control projects with a flexible approach;
- Experience in forming teams, inspiring and coaching team members;
- A strong Swiss network within the risk & controls with a track record of business development;
- Fluent in English; professional proficiency in German is highly desirable.
