For one of our clients, an industrial company based in Lausanne,
we are looking for a

** Customer Contract Administrator - Machine Projects H/F**

**DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION**:
You will be responsible for the complete management of export customer orders, from contract preparation to final invoicing.
- Manage customer **orders and contracts** (preparation, follow-up, L/C).
- Ensure the administrative and** logístical management** of projects in SAP.
- **Coordinate** delivery, invoicing and payments.
- Maintain a close **relationship with customers and suppliers** to ensure deadlines and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with **sales and technical teams** for project follow-up.

**PROFIL ATTENDU**:

- **Commercial education**(CFC in Commerce or equivalent).
- Minimum** 5 years' experience** in order or contract management within an industrial environment.
- Good knowledge of international trade, Letters of Credit, logistics and incoterms.
- Proficient in **SAP S/4 HANA** and **MS Office / Google Suite**.
- Languages**:English C1**, **French B2**; German is an asset.
- Rigorous, **organized**, adaptable and a **good team player**.
