Sensile Medical, part of the Gerresheimer Group, is a dynamic company specialized in the development of wearable medical devices for liquid drug delivery. We work daily to improve the quality of life of patients worldwide.
**Job Description**:
- Linchpin in terms of technical design transfer of a newly developed product to the industrialization partner
- Responsibility for the entire design to manufacturing process
- Design of the value stream from product planning to production planning / process planning to manufacturing optimization with the industrialization partner
- Liaison as well as solution-oriented facilitator between the engineering team and production, as you understand both the technical and logístical challenges of each side
- Taking a leading role in our project team
- Developing the strategy and concepts for the industrial manufacturing of the products along the entire value chain
- Creating decision bases and developing strategies based on your experience, analysis and sustainability awareness
**Qualifications**:
- Technical basic education, completed studies; Dipl.Ing. ETH/FH or TS
- Min. 5 years of experience in the development/industrialization of micromechanical assemblies, including specification and verification, ideally in the medical technology industry. Technical experience in development
- Ideally additional experience in sterilization, packaging and labeling.
- Several years of experience in monitoring processes in a regulated environment. E.g. medical, aerospace, etc.
- Networked and analytical way of thinking
- Communication skills at all hierarchical levels
- High level of personal responsibility and customer orientation
- Good oral and written language skills in German and English
