**About the job**

Based at the Mandarin Oriental Palace, Luzern, within the Housekeeping department, the House Attendant is responsible for ensuring smooth operations on the floors and supporting the housekeeping department. The House Attendant reports to the Housekeeping Supervisor.

As House Attendant, **you will be responsible for the following duties**:

- ensure a clean, comfortable, well maintained and welcoming environment
- provide a seamless, efficient and friendly service at all times
- ensure all equipment and cleaning supplies are used correctly and in accordance with the local safety and security standards to guarantee safety
- provides training for new starters, apprentices and trainees
- ensures the cleanliness of storage areas, floors and back of house areas
- handles all guest request to ensure satisfaction
- actively reviews processes and voices ideas and suggestions
- supports the laundry & guest services team in peak times

- sorgt für die Einarbeitung von Neueinsteigern, Auszubildenden und Praktikanten
- sorgt für die Sauberkeit von Lagerbereichen, Böden und Back-of-House-Bereichen
- kümmert sich um alle Gästeanfragen, um deren Zufriedenheit sicherzustellen
- überprüft aktiv Arbeitsprozesse und bringt Ideen und Vorschläge ein
- unterstützt das Wäscherei
