**_ What does the Global Executive Director of Vertical Markets - Digital Services do, you ask?_**

The Global Head of Vertical Markets - Digital Services will own the leadership of our Digital Services Vertical Markets team. In conjunction with the Siemens Buildings Products business unit, our Digital Service Centers and Siemens Regional Solutions and Service Portfolio teams, you will help drive business model / revenue generation of data-driven offerings for healthcare and life sciences. This individual will drive business development activities by leveraging RSS Digital Services strategies and offerings.

**What you will do**:

- Close cooperation with the country/branch offices to develop aggressive growth strategies for healthcare and life sciences with focus on driving Digital Services.
- Engage with end-customers in key meetings to support the countries/branch teams.
- Work with all SI BUs to grow their healthcare and life sciences digital service revenue.
- Develop a strategy for a possible key account approach for large healthcare and life sciences systems
- Establish partnerships with consultants/planners that focus on the healthcare and life sciences markets
- Train country/branch teams on the Digital Services portfolio and how to sell it.
- Establish relationships with other Siemens’ businesses and involve them in an early for must-win projects
- Work with Marketing / Marcom to support Digital Services activities for vertical markets

**What you will need**:

- Healthcare and/or life sciences experience a must.
- A digital and innovative mindset and understanding is required.
- Proven experience in monetizing data
- Proven ability to lead a team in a matrix environment
- 5+ years of experience leading technical teams
- Ability to travel globally for this position.
- Lives and promotes Siemens Values.
- Bachelor’s degree required Master’s preferred
