Ihre Aufgaben
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die effiziente Gestaltung und Steuerung der internen Prozesse
  • Sie analysieren Daten, identifizieren Prozessprobleme und unterstützen Mitarbeitende aus verschiedenen Fachbereichen, diese optimal zu lösen
  • Sie fördern Innovationen und setzen sich für die kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Arbeitsabläufen und deren technischer Umsetzung ein
  • Sie pflegen eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Anspruchsgruppen und stellen den Praxisbezug sowie die Einhaltung von Vorschriften sicher
Ihr Profil
  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT- oder kaufmännischen Bereich und eine fundierte Weiterbildung im Bereich Prozessmanagement
  • Sie bringen mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position im klinischen Umfeld mit
  • Mit Ihrer dynamischen Persönlichkeit, ausgeprägter Kommunikationsstärke, Beratungs- und Verhandlungsgeschick motivieren Sie Mitarbeitende aller Fachbereiche und Hierarchiestufen auf dem Weg zur Prozessoptimierung
  • Hohes technisches Verständnis, analytisches Denken sowie ausgeprägte Problemlösungs- und Entscheidungskompetenz runden Ihr Profil ab

Die Unternehmensentwicklung setzt sich für die nachhaltige Entwicklung des Ostschweizer Kinderspitals ein. Unter Berücksichtigung der Bedürfnisse und Besonderheiten der einzelnen Disziplinen unterstützt das Team bei bereichs- und spitalübergreifenden Projekten und Vorhaben. Mit Wissen und Erfahrung im Projekt- und Prozessmanagement werden die Fachbereiche bei der Verbesserung von Arbeitsprozessen und Organisationsstrukturen unterstützt, um die strategischen Ziele zu erreichen.
