In dieser vielseitigen Position übernehmen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle als Datenprofi mit Businessnähe und Freude an modernen Datenverfahren. Dabei können Sie bei uns in der gesamten Breite wirken – von Data-Engineering-Themen über Daten-Analyse-Ansätze und Data-Governance-Aufgaben bis hin zu Data-Science-Möglichkeiten. Dies immer mit dem Ziel, die Transparenz über unsere Daten zu erhöhen, unsere datengetriebenen Entscheidungsfähigkeiten zu verbessern und generell als Drehscheibenperson für Datenbelange zu fungieren. Sie rapportieren an den COO und haben in unserem Unternehmen mit flachen Hierarchien und knapp 180 Mitarbeitenden die Möglichkeit, stets unkompliziert mit Fachpersonen und Führungskräften bis hin zur CEO zusammenzuarbeiten.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Folgende Themen können Sie schwerpunktmässig vorantreiben:

  • Durchführung adressatengerechter Datenanalysen inkl. Dateninterpretation
  • Leitung von Datenprojekten über den gesamten Lebenszyklus – von der Datenexploration bis hin zur Implementierung
  • Aufbau eines modernen Data Warehouse
  • Erneuerung unserer Reportinglandschaft insbesondere mittels Microsoft Power BI
  • Unterstützung der Businesseinheiten in der Erstellung von Reports und Applikationen mithilfe der Microsoft-Power-Plattform
  • Aufbau von Data-Science-Ansätzen unter Zuhilfenahme neuronaler Netzwerke und KI, welche unter anderem prospektive Datenmodellierungen erlauben
  • Verantwortung über ein solides Datenframework mit Data Owners und zugewiesenen Kompetenzen
  • Verbesserung der data literacy innerhalb unseres Unternehmens
  • Unterstützung bei der Migration grosser Datenmengen von bisherigen in neue IT-Systeme
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit u.a. mit unseren Businesseinheiten, mit dem Management, IT-KollegInnen, DatenschutzexpertInnen und mit externen Partnern

 Ihr Profil:

  • Sie haben einen Hoch- oder Fachhochschulabschluss in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Statistik oder einer vergleichbaren Ausbildung
  • Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Data Analytics, Data Science und/oder Data Management
  • Sie weisen vertiefte Kenntnisse mit Datenbanken und Data-Warehouse-Umgebungen vor und kennen sich in der Microsoft Power Platform (insbesondere Power Apps, Power BI und Power Automate) aus
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch eine Hands-on-Mentalität sowie eine selbständige, strukturierte, systematische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise aus
  • Sie besitzen ausgeprägte Analysefähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenzen
  • Sie suchen ein abwechslungsreiches Aufgabenspektrum mit der Möglichkeit, sowohl in der fachlichen Breite als auch in der Tiefe zu arbeiten
  • Sie verfügen über adressatengerechte und stilsichere Kommunikation in Deutsch und können sich zusätzlich idealerweise in Französisch und Englisch ausdrücken
  • Sie haben Talent und Spass an der Vermittlung technischer Themen an nicht-technische KollegInnen
  • Sie möchten sich in Transformationsprozessen einbringen und haben Interesse an der nutzbringenden Anwendung neuer Technologien
