The IHB is seeking an experienced Automation and Robotics Research Scientist to design, evaluate, and deploy ground-breaking in vitro culture methodologies within an automated laboratory environment. As an integral member of a multidisciplinary and collaborative research team, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing and implementing advanced in vitro culture protocols on a plate-based automation platform.
Responsibilities:- Develop and validate new automation workflows for human in vitro model systems.
- Program and troubleshoot liquid handling systems for automated organoid culture.
- Manage complex automated culture systems and ensure compliance with quality control standards.
- Evaluate external products and equipment to enhance automation capabilities.
