The company aims to make a significant contribution to building a zero-emission energy system.Job OverviewWe are looking for a chemical process engineer to join our team and support polymer scale-up production, as well as laboratory work, product characterization, and testing of the final membrane properties. This role is essential for the development of innovative membrane technologies for green hydrogen production.Position Conditions% ; permanent position.Work LocationSaint-Sulpice (VD); on site.Start Date April 1st, 2026, or as agreed. Tasks and ResponsabilitiesProduce polymer to support membrane productionScale-up polymer productionDesign and Implementation of new reactorsPrepare and analyze polymersPerform mechanical and physicochemical tests for AEMOperate laboratory equipment and ensure proper maintenanceRecord and analyze experimental data, ensuring accuracy and reproducibilityContribute to the development of new polymer formulations and processing methodsComply with laboratory safety protocols and environmental standardsQualifications and SkillsA Bachelor or above degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. >3 years of industrial experience, preferably in polymers production, familiarity with production processes at both lab scale and pilot scale, including agitation, reactor, temperature and safety control, purification and waste treatment Knowledge in Mechanics and/or Electricity is a plus. Ability to work with a results-oriented approach. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with a willingness to learn new production or measurement techniques. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Basic knowledge in English. Authorization to work in Switzerland.
