En tant que Head of Growth & Strategic Partnerships, vous serez chargé(e) de définir et d'exécuter la stratégie commerciale de l'entreprise, de développer nos partenariats (revendeurs) et de gérer les relations grands comptes. Vous allierez la vision stratégique à un rôle sur le terrain, où vos aptitudes en communication et votre aisance relationnelle seront essentielles.

Vous orchestrerez la stratégie de ventes, la prospection grands comptes et l'animation du réseau de revendeurs (Business Partners).

Votre objectif : accroître notre notoriété et nos parts de marché, en Suisse et à l'international.

Principales responsabilités

1. Stratégie de Développement

o Élaborer la feuille de route commerciale (objectifs, cibles, budgets prévisionnels).

o Analyser le marché, repérer les opportunités de croissance (Suisse et international), anticiper les tendances.

2. Gestion des Partenariats

o Sélectionner et animer les Business Partners orientés vente (conventions, plans d'objectifs).

o Évaluer régulièrement la performance du réseau revendeurs, proposer des actions d'amélioration.

3. Grandes Comptes et Prospection

o Approcher, négocier et conclure avec des groupes stratégiques (ex. hôtellerie, promoteurs, industriels).

o Maintenir des relations privilégiées avec les clients existants, assurer un suivi personnalisé et repérer les leviers de fidélisation ou d'up-selling.

4. Support Marketing & Communication

o Collaborer avec le service Graphisme pour la production de supports (présentations, argumentaires) et l'actualisation des canaux digitaux.

o Être le visage d'Alpicapture lors d'événements professionnels (salons, rencontres clients).

5. Reporting et Coordination Interne

o Rendre compte régulièrement au CEO sur les résultats commerciaux, formuler des préconisations d'ajustement.

o Travailler en étroite relation avec le Responsable des Opérations pour synchroniser le pipeline de ventes et les capacités de production.

Profil recherché


• Expérience avérée en développement commercial B2B (3–5 ans min.), idéalement dans le secteur tech ou digital.


• Excellente présentation et aisance relationnelle, y compris pour les rendez-vous à haut niveau.


• Capacités rédactionnelles solides et communication professionnelle irréprochable (français et anglais courants, allemand professionnel).


• Sens du résultat, goût pour le travail de terrain et la négociation.


• Organisation et rigueur pour le suivi des partenaires et la gestion de projets commerciaux.
