Our Schaffhausen campus in Switzerland is a key hub for pharmaceutical manufacturing and global supply chain operations.We are seeking a Senior Facilities Engineer to join our Facilities management team in Schaffhausen. This role ensures the reliability and compliance of our buildings through proactive maintenance strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute maintenance strategies for facilities assets and manage preventive maintenance processes and master data in SAP PM.Ensure compliance with GxP, EHS, and SOX guidelines across all maintenance activities.Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to support production requirements and regulatory standards.Collaborate with local & global stakeholders to align maintenance strategies and SAP CCFM processes.Drive continuous improvement initiatives and deliver cost improvement projects (CIPs).Supervise in-house and subcontracted maintenance work to ensure quality and compliance.Support investment projects as Facilities Management SME within the core team.QualificationsDegree in Facility Management or related field.Experience in pharmaceutical or GxP-regulated environments.Strong knowledge of maintenance processes and compliance requirements.Proficiency in SAP PM and MS OfficeExcellent communication skills in German and English. jid4bdcee7a jit0102a jiy26a
