Our Schaffhausen campus in Switzerland is a key hub for pharmaceutical manufacturing and global supply chain operations.
We are seeking a digitally affine Facilities Engineer for our team in Schaffhausen to support our building & equipment documentation systems and implement our BIM strategy. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or an experienced professional who thrives in a matrix organization, enjoys collaboration, and is eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and update building documentation systems (Meridian, Autodesk Cloud) ensuring compliance with GxP and EHS requirements.
- Drive the implementation of the BIM strategy for the Schaffhausen campus.
- Develop user-friendly processes for digital building information systems and ensure high-quality data maintenance.
- Collaborate closely with local and global stakeholders across various departments to align documentation strategies and processes.
- Support infrastructure and IT projects related to document/information management.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to compliance, downtime, or financial impact.
- Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field
- Strong digital affinity; experience with Autodesk Cloud and 3D modeling is a plus.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills in German and Englisch
