Wir suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine:n: Head HR - Sparringpartner:in der Geschäftsleitung (80 - 100%) Was deinen Job besonders spannend macht
  • Verantwortung für das gesamte HR-Management und den HR-Life-Cycle, von Administration bis Lohnwesen
  • Als vertrauensvolle Sparringpartner: in der Geschäftsleitung entwickelst du innovative und nachhaltige HR-Lösungen
  • Leitung und Umsetzung von Projekten unserer People Strategie 
  • Beratung von Führungskräften, und Förderung einer starken Unternehmenskultur
  • Umsetzung der zentralen HR-Prozesse
  • Führung einer HR-Fachperson und Sicherstellung eines professionellen, rechtssicheren HR-Managements
Dein Erfahrungsschatz
  • Du inspirierst und förderst Mitarbeitende, um gemeinsam Ziele zu erreichen.
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz, konsequente fachliche Führung und exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in leitender HR-Position mit breitem Verantwortungsbereich
  • Abgeschlossene HR-Ausbildung (eidg. HR-Fachausweis oder gleichwertig), idealerweise ergänzt durch ein Studium im Bereich HR oder Management
  • Fachwissen in People & Culture, Führungsentwicklung, Mitarbeiterengagement und HR Operation
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative und selbstständiges Arbeiten, auch in komplexen Situationen
