Position:The Process Control Specialist ensures reliable and efficient automation and process control across the Primary, Make/Pack, Logistics, Building & Utilities, and Energy Supply areas of the Dagmersellen Factory, being the field technical responsible, while supporting the development of Industry 4.0 and new technology initiatives. Responsibilities:As the Process Control Specialist, you will…Support and expand the hardware and software environments in production to maintain system reliability and scalabilityEnsure accurate data collection from production machines and seamless communication with global systems to enable real-time monitoring, analysis, and reportingDrive the implementation of the latest technologies in the areas of process instrumentation, PLC control (machine control), SCADA systems (supervisory control and data acquisition), and MES/MOM systems (manufacturing execution/operations management) to optimize production processes, enhance system reliability, and support digital transformation initiativesProvide technical support to Production in case of quality and production problemsImplement the standards based on global and local specifications, using beneficial state-of-the-art technology to achieve system compatibility, smooth system integration and stable process conditions along all projects at optimized initial and lifetime costSupport and coordinate Process Control projects Requirements:Completed basic technical training with higher technical education, or similar in a related fieldProven experience in Process Control within a manufacturing or industrial environmentFluency in English and conversational level of GermanOutstanding analytical and conceptual skills, problem-solving & continuous improvement mindsetSolid communication & collaboration skills What to expect:Expect well-being initiatives, flexible work arrangements, growth opportunities, and excellent benefits, including a unique family leave policy. Are you ready to join us?
