Apply now Learn more: Finance & Control Manager (f/m/d) What this position is about - Purpose:  This position will be critical in obtaining and maintaining a strong control environment in a very dynamic business and requires strong execution in different areas of compliance including process reviews, corporate compliance, corporate audits and project/process change consultations. Process reviews aim to understand and identify control gaps and efficiencies while recommending improvements to the control environment. he incumbent will be responsible for the entity controlling, planning and analysis. This includes maintaining and further developing the entity model, providing entity P&L and B/S calculations, calculation of transfer pricing, providing cash flow forecasts and ensuring full alignment with Contract Manufacturing agreement and Limited Risk Distribution agreement. What will you do - Responsibilities:  Performing Operational Audits/Business Process Reviews by engaging in planning, delivery and reporting on process reviews Acting as a Knowledge Ambassador on P&P and business partner to functions Ensuring Corporate Compliance by managing and conducting J-SOX testing activity for different processes and facilitating audits Executing entity controlling, planning and reporting activities  Being fully responsible for Entity P&L, Balance Sheet and Free Cash Flow planning and analysis  Leading formal meetings with stakeholders to discuss planning input for the Entity Providing the Entity with cash flow forecasts  Participate in ERP optimization such as new SAP releases Contribute to any other local Ad-hoc projects Who are we looking for - Requirements:  University Degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting (Master's degree is a plus) Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant Finance role focusing on entity and compliance, preferably in a multinational FMCG organization Fluency in English Strong MS application skills, especially in MS Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge of SAP4 functionalities and GPM Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work Perfect stakeholder management & communication skills  Excellent analytical skills Are you ready to join us?
