In dieser breiten Aufgabe sind Sie Hands-on in die Erstellung von konsolidierten Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen der Gruppe sowie der Schweizer Organisation eingebunden und erstellen betriebswirtschaftliche Analysen für das Management. Zudem sind Sie verantwortlich für die Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung des Konzerncontrollings, insbesondere für die Planungs-, Budgetierungs- und Forecast-Prozesse. Darüber hinaus treiben Sie die Optimierung und Implementierung von Controlling-Tools voran, um die Transparenz und Effizienz zu steigern – einschliesslich der Einführung eines globalen ERP-Systems. Das internationale Umfeld erfordert es, dass Sie den Auslandsgesellschaften Unterstützung bei Controlling-Themen geben, die Gewährleistung einheitlicher Reporting-Standards sicherstellen und die Abstimmung aller Intercompany-Beziehungen vornehmen. Es erwartet Sie ein vielseitiger Mix aus operativen und konzeptionellen Aufgaben. Aufbauend auf einer höheren finanz- oder betriebswirtschaftlichen Ausbildung (FH, Uni, eidg. Diplom) verfügen Sie über fundierte Controlling Erfahrung aus einem
Konzern oder einem grösseren KMU
In dieser Funktion sind Sie der kompetente und dienstleistungsorientierte Berater sowie Sparringspartner für die relevanten Ansprechpersonen. Sie sollten deshalb ein guter Kommunikator sein, der Sorgfalt in der Analyse, Beweglichkeit im Denken und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten zeigt. Auch geht es darum, Bewährtes weiterzuentwickeln und Neues aufzubauen, wofür Sie Eigeninitiative und Innovationsfreude mitbringen. In Englisch kommunizieren Sie fliessend.
