As a Permanent Assistant Credit Control at Resource Group - Recruitment, you will play a critical role in supporting the Senior Controller in various credit control functions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to the Senior Controller in daily credit control activities.

  • Booking and managing invoices efficiently and accurately.

  • FOLLOW UP ON OUTSTANDING PAYMENTS AND ENSURE TIMELY COLLECTION.

  • Preparing and compiling necessary information for aircraft release.

  • Maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions.

  • Communicating effectively with clients and internal departments.

  • E nsuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

You will be working closely with the Senior Controller to ensure the smooth operation of the credit control function, and will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in this area.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in credit control or related financial roles.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.

  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
