Vos tâches chez votre nouvel employeur :

  • Vous accompagnez les équipes de Lausanne et Genève en conseillant activement les managers sur les questions RH
  • Vous recrutez les meilleur-e-s candidat-e-s en utilisant votre expertise et votre capacité d'écoute
  • Vous êtes l'interlocuteur-trice de confiance des collaborateur-trice-s pour leurs préoccupations professionnelles
  • Vous participez à des projets RH innovants et contribuez à la mise en oeuvre de la stratégie RH
  • Vous développez des services RH modernes adaptés aux besoins des clients internes
  • Vous assurez la prise de décisions basées sur des indicateurs RH en collaboration avec la direction
