Mit diesen Aufgaben begeistern wir Dich

  • Führen von anspruchsvollen und exklusiven Entwicklungs- und Neubauprojekten
  • Betreiben des Multiprojektmanagements vom Vorprojekt bis zur Inbetriebnahme
  • Führung und Leitung sowie treuhänderische Vertretung der Eigentümerschaft gegenüber Behörden, externer Bauherrenvertretung, Vermarktern, Kostenplanern, Architekten, Fachplanern, Unternehmen, TU und sämtlichen Stakeholdern
  • Durchführen von Honorarsubmissionen und Submissionsverfahren (TU, Unternehmer)
  • Erarbeiten und Verhandeln von Planer-, TU-Werk-, Unternehmer- und anderen Verträgen
  • Betreiben des Kosten-, Termin- und Qualitätsmanagements
  • Zielorientierte Projektcontrolling und Leistungseinhaltung der Bauprojekte (Kosten, Termine, Qualität)
  • Quartalsweise Erstellung und Überprüfung der Investitionsrechnung

Mit diesen Voraussetzungen begeisterst Du uns

  • Hoch- oder Fachhochschulabschluss als Architekt oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung sowie eine ergänzende Weiterbildung im Immobilienmanagement von Vorteil
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Projektleitung in der Schweiz, in der Planung und Realisierung
    anspruchsvoller Wohnbauprojekte
  • Gute Kenntnisse der verschiedenen Realisierungsmodelle (GU, TU, Einzelleistungsträger) und deren rechtlichen Grundlagen
  • Ganzheitliche, vernetzte und unternehmerische Denkweise
  • Belastbar und hohe Leistungsbereitschaft
  • Verhandlungssichere, lösungs- und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Selbstständig, verhandlungssicher und flexibel
