- Leitung und Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung (10 Mitarbeitende) inklusive Personalplanung/-entwicklung sowie Steuerung der Bereiche Vertrieb, Marketing, Projektleitung, Support und Produktmanagement
- Verantwortung für die bestehende Produktlinie AEW myHome (B2C) und Entwicklung neuer Produkte, Dienstleistungen und Angebote zur Sicherstellung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit und Profitabilität (B2C, B2B)
- Weiterentwicklung des Business Plans und Geschäftsmodells, Entwicklung von Vertriebsstrategien sowie Positionierung der Produkte für einen erfolgreichen Markteintritt
- Aufbau und Pflege von Partnerschaften, Fokus auf die gezielte Ansprache der Kundengruppe Liegenschaftsbesitzer sowie Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit
- Optimierung interner Prozesse entlang der Wertschöpfungskette und enge Zusam-menarbeit mit angrenzenden Geschäftsbereichen wie E-Mobilität, Netze, Energie, Wärme
- Verantwortung für Budgetierung, wirtschaftliche Planung und Prüfung der Quartalsabschlüsse in Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsleitung
Dein Profil
- Abgschlossenes Hocschul- oder Fachhochschulstudium
- Mehr als zehn Jahre Berufserfahrung in Bereichen wie Geschäftsentwicklung, Produktmanagement, Strategie, Marketing oder Vertrieb
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im energetischen Gebäudemanagement und -lösungen, in Strategie, Geschäftsentwicklung, Produktmanagement und Marketing
- Einbringen von Erfahrungen mit «Digitalen Strategien und Geschäftsmodellen» sowie sicherer Umgang mit Business Intelligence, wobei Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Digitalen Services ein weiterer Vorteil ist
- Erfahrung in der Führung interdisziplinärer Teams und ausgeprägte Kunden- sowie Dienstleistungsorientierung
