Deine Aufgaben
  • Du verantwortest die technische Steuerung & Koordination unseren HealthCare spezifischen Applikationen (Perigon & CareCoach).
  • Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen unserem Betriebsverantwortlichen und den Applikations Providern. 
  • Du begleitest und Koordinierst Changes, Releases und Projekte für deine Applikationen.
  • Du verifizierst die vertraglichen SLAs und steuerst die Leistungserbringung unserer Relevanten Applikationsprovider.
  • Du begleitest und koordinierst die Problem Lösung für deine Applikationen.
  • Du hilfst bei der Optimierung der Prozesse welche in den Applikationen abgebildet sind.
Das bringst du mit
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in IT und/oder Wirtschaftsinformatik
  • Foundation oder Erfahrungen mit ITIL v3 oder v4
  • 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Applikations-Manager im HealthCare Bereich
  • Von Vorteil Erfahrung mit Perigon und/oder CareCoach
  • Ein breites Supportwissen für Benutzer Applikationen
  • Teamgeist und Kollegialität
  • Positives & Lösungsorientiertes «Mindset»
  • Gute Organisation und Selbständigkeit
