Head of Development - Edge Devices Tätigkeitsgebiet

Gemeinsam mit einem interdisziplinären Team von hochqualifizierten Ingenieurinnen und Ingenieuren realisieren Sie Produkte von der Idee bis zur Serienreife. Dabei hat die Entwicklung fortschrittlicher Software eine zentrale Bedeutung, um das volle Potenzial unserer Lösungen auszuschöpfen. 

In dieser Rolle sind Sie mehr als nur eine Führungskraft - Sie sind ein "Unternehmer im Unternehmen". Sie übernehmen die fachliche und personelle Führung Ihres Teams, entwickeln unser Dienstleistungsangebot weiter und positionieren es strategisch im Markt. Dabei erkennen Sie neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten, bauen nachhaltige Kundenbeziehungen auf und gestalten mit Ihrer technischen Expertise innovative Lösungen.

Aufgaben

  • Mitarbeiterführung: Fachliche und personelle Führung des Teams, Förderung der individuellen Weiterentwicklung und Schaffung eines leistungsstarken Arbeitsumfeld
  • Dienstleistungsentwicklung: Strategische Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung des Dienstleistungsportfolios basierend auf Markt- und Technologietrends
  • Marktbearbeitung & Kundenbetreuung: Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen, aktive Marktbearbeitung und gezieltes Business Development
  • Projektverantwortung: Sicherstellung der erfolgreichen Umsetzung von Kundenprojekten hinsichtlich Qualität, Kosten und Terminen
  • Prozesse: Kontinuierliche Verbesserung interner Abläufe zur Effizienzsteigerung und Qualitätssicherung.
Anforderung
  • Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik oder Ingenieurwissenschaften mit fundierter Erfahrung in der SW-/FW-Entwicklung.
  • Führungserfahrung: Erfahrung in der fachlichen und personellen Führung von interdisziplinären Teams sowie in der strategischen Weiterentwicklung eines Dienstleistungsbereichs.
  • Technisches Know-how: Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung von Edge Devices, Embedded Systems oder verwandten Technologien sowie Erfahrung mit agilen und klassischen Entwicklungsprozessen.
  • Marktorientierung & Geschäftssinn: Fähigkeit, Marktpotenziale zu erkennen, Kundenbedarfe zu verstehen und daraus verkaufbare Dienstleistungen zu entwickeln.
  • Projekt- & Budgetverantwortung: Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Projekte, inklusive Aufwandskalkulationen, Ressourcenplanung und wirtschaftlicher Steuerung.
  • Kommunikations- & Verhandlungsgeschick: Sicheres Auftreten im Kundenkontakt, ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz und Fähigkeit, technische Lösungen überzeugend zu präsentieren.
  • Sprache: Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
