Votre rôle?
Afin d'assurer une croissance saine, stable et de renforcer notre équipe pour notre bureau à Genève, nous recherchons un(e) Business Analyst Technique Avaloq .
Dans le cadre du domaine "Client Data", les principales activités seront :
Développer les nouvelles demandes sur Avaloq dans le domaine Statique (Person, BP, Container, DOCM, Collection) en respectant les standards et la méthodologie en vigueur, en assurer les tests et établir la documentation Assurer la fiabilité et la disponibilité des solutions en production Prendre en charge, analyser et documenter les incidents de production Fournir un soutien aux utilisateurs Etablir des scénarios de tests de non-régression et des nouvelles évolutions fonctionnelles, effectuer les tests correspondants et coordonner les mises en production. Contribuer à la mise en place de la nouvelle release Avaloq 5.3. pour la partie « statique data »Notre objectif ?
Vous accompagner et vous faire monter en compétences afin de vous rendre opérationnel(le) et autonome dans la fonction de Business Analyst Technique Avaloq en particulier dans le secteur bancaire.
Required profile.
Profil recherché ?
Résidant Suisse depuis plus de 3 ans Expérience préalable du produit Avaloq (minimum certification Avaloq) Intérêt pour le domaine des données clientèles et les données statiques dans Avaloq (BP, CONT, PERSON ; DOCM ; COLLECT) Expérience dans l'utilisation de SDS d'Avaloq & obj_pers 2, un avantage Excellent sens de la communication et aptitudes relationnelles, doté d'un esprit d'analyse, du sens du service et de l'organisation, capacité à hiérarchiser les priorités.Si le/la candidat(e) maîtrise d'autres languages de programmation comme python, java (spring boot), Angular cela est bienvenue.
Plus que ton diplôme ou ton expérience professionnelle, c'est ton état d'esprit qui compte le plus pour rejoindre Taleo.
