Mission clé :
- Fournir un soutien niveau 2 de qualité exceptionnelle à la plateforme Avaloq et de ses périphériques.
- Gérer et prioriser les incidents de production liés à Avaloq.
Qualifications requises :
- Expérience minimale de 1 an en paramétrisation ou support d'Avaloq.
- Expérience de 3 ans minimum dans le domaine transactionnel bancaire (STEX, Corpac, Settlement...).
- Formation universitaire diplômante.
- Langues : Français (langue maternelle), Anglais (niveau avancé).
