The actual location of this job can be in any Lonza site with a preference for Visp in Switzerland. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates and their families, if needed. The Digital Program Manager (DPM) will define a cohesive and all-inclusive digital strategy for SPM clients globally. The DPM coordinates data interfaces and customer's specific digital services in a customer program, acts as single point of contact and bridge between business processes and IT for all stakeholders including the customer. This encompasses nurturing long-term customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving customer retention and growth. Our full list of tailored local benefits can be found below.Benefits in Basel: What you will do:Developing cohesive digital service strategy and roadmap jointly with customer and internal program stakeholders.Requirements gathering and documentation: Help articulating new customer use cases / requirements in the domain of Lonza digital activities.Stakeholder Communication: Leads communication across customer, Lonza business and technical teams to ensure everyone is aligned on objectives and progress of customer digital roadmap and vision.Maintain alignment of digital services across sites and provides training if needed.Provide input for steering committee meetings as responsible person for the respective digital services.Ensures that customer challenges are thoroughly understood and translated into effective requirements. Managing and prioritizing the requirements backlog jointly with customer.Supports release management including planning when functionality releases occur to maximize value delivery.Help with prioritizing needs and managing trade-offs involving scope, budget, and time to ensure the best delivery outcomes without bloating the service.Ensure overall quality, performance, and outcomes of a specific customer digital services throughout its lifecycle.Perform other duties as assigned.What we are looking for: Degree in IT, Scientific, Engineering or Project Management discipline.5+ years working experience in local, regional and global process improvement / project management function of which minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an operational role within the Pharmaceutical or closely related industry.Excellent understanding of data concepts, data sharing and dashboard generation required.Experience with GMP systems or processes is a plus.Excellent English communication skills.About LonzaAt Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
