Votre rôle Pour l’un de nos clients en Finance à Genève, nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Senior Business analyst – asset management. Missions Le candidat va intégrer l’équipe de développement de la Corporate Platform au service des lignes métiers (Légale, Compliance, Finance, Opérations) Participer à la formulation des besoins exprimés par les clients, les analyser et rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles, en particulier dans les activités liées aux régulations et contrôles de la distribution de fonds. Rédiger les documents projets(spécifications fonctionnelles, cahier des charges, lettre de cadrage) Paramétrer les nouvelles demandes, en assurer les tests et rédiger la documentation. Pragmatisme dans l’élaboration des solutions avec un focus sur la valeur apportée. Être porteur de certaines initiatives (suivi, coordination et reporting avec les différentes Required profile. Compétences requises Excellente connaissance du domaine de l’asset management, des métiers des fonds de placements, des investissements et produits financiers. Au moins sept années d’expérience comme Business Analyste technico-fonctionnel dans un environnement Agile. Excellente aptitude à organiser et à mener efficacement des séances, des workshops, et traiter des sujets souvent complexes avec des participants ayant des profils très variés. Expérience dans l’analyse des flux de données. Connaissance de l’Agilité, de ses principales méthodologies. Esprit d’analyse et de conceptualisation, aptitude à résoudre des problèmes. Excellent sens de l’organisation, bonne résistance au stress et aptitude à gérer les priorités. Pragmatisme dans l’élaboration des solutions avec un focus sur la valeur apportée. Être porteur de certains projets (suivi, coordination et reporting avec les différentes parties prenantes et équipes en collaboration). Bon Team player aussi bien avec son équipe (analystes et développeurs) qu’avec celles des différentes parties prenantes. Capacité à communiquer de façon claire et précise, et doté un fort esprit d’équipe. Maîtrise des langages de requête SQL, ainsi que des outils d’accès aux bases de données.
