Aufgaben:
Leitung und Coaching der Abteilung Corporate IT (Schweiz / Bulgarien) Implementieren und Betreiben der Informationstechnologie gemäss IT-Strategie, -Standards, -Richtlinien und -Verfahren der Gruppe sowie Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung der IT-Strategie Entwickeln von konkreten Veränderungen aufgrund der Anforderungen, Entwürfe, Budgets und Zeitpläne für die Infrastruktur, Rechenzentren und Security Verwalten der IT-Risiken und Massnahmendefinition, um IT-Ausfälle und -Verluste zu verhindern Implementation und Lieferung von IT-Lösungen gemäss den Geschäftsanforderungen und der IT-Strategie, um die Kundenerwartungen zu erfüllen Folgen der Projektstandards, um Projekte durch die Phasen Initiierung, Planung, Durchführung und Abschluss zu steuern Betreiben und Warten der IT-Infrastruktur (Rechenzentren, Server/Client, Netzwerke, Lizenzen, Life Cycle Management) zusammen mit internen Teams Sicherstellen des Infrastrukturbetriebs für alle R&M Anwendungen Mitgestaltung der Cyber Security Strategie und Umsetzung der MassnahmenAnforderungen:
Abschluss eines Bachelor-/Masterstudiums in Wirtschaftsinformatik oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Informatiker, Fachrichtung Systemtechnik oder vergleichbar Zertifikate im Bereich IT-Sicherheit IT-Prozesskenntnisse (ITIL Zertifikat wünschenswert) Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion Gute übergeordnete IT-Architekturkenntnisse erwünscht Sehr gute Kenntnisse über Microsoft Server- und Client- Produkte sowie MS 365 Office Grundkenntnisse MS Azure Hohes Mass an Eigeninitiative, Flexibilität und Qualitätsbewusstsein Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau Englischkenntnisse auf B2-NiveauWir bieten eine anspruchsvolle Aufgabe, in einem nach modernsten Grundsätzen geführten Unternehmen und ein herausforderndes Umfeld, das Ihnen Gestaltungsfreiraum bei der Umsetzung von Ideen und Optimierungen lässt.
