Für den Eurovision Song Contest 2025 suchen wir per Oktober befristet bis Ende Mai 2025 eine:n Assistant Coordinator Head of Security. Im ESC-Team Security engagieren Sie sich für folgende Themen:
Sie koordinieren die verschiedenen an der Sicherheitsorganisation beteiligten Akteur:innen intern (mit den anderen ESC-Abteilungen) und extern (Host Broadcaster, Host City, Leistungserbringer und weitere) Sie verwalten den Terminkalender und die einzuhaltenden Fristen für das Team. Sie verfassen und formatieren Berichte und Protokolle (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Pläne, Fotos usw.) Sie führen Aufzeichnungen, falls das Krisenmanagement eingeleitet werden muss und koordinieren Tätigkeiten im Bereich der Sicherheit

Damit begeistern Sie uns

Sie haben bereits in einem Krisenstab mitgearbeitet und in einer ähnlichen Rolle Assistenz- und Koordinationsaufgaben übernommen Idealerweise bringen Sie Erfahrung im Bereich der physischen Sicherheit (Safety/Security) und/oder der Cybersicherheit mit Neben ihren guten IT-Kenntnissen (Office 365) verfügen sie auch über Erfahrung im Projektmanagement Sie zeichnen sich durch Integrität, Vertrauenswürdigkeit, Flexibilität und Problemlösungsfähigkeit aus Sie haben Organisations- und Kommunikationstalent, sind belastbar und auch in hektischen Situationen nicht aus der Ruhe zu bringen Englisch beherrschen Sie in Wort und Schrift und können sich zudem in Französisch- und Deutsch gut verständigen
