The Role We are looking to expand our team with a Senior Principal Digital IC Design Engineer with experience in the development ofdigital control peripherals, MCU/ DSP systems, as well as hardware accelerators IPs. You will develop and benchmark such IPs and systems and consult the product integration teams during the integration of these solutions into semiconductor products. What You’ll DoDrive improvements in design methodology, design flow, design quality, ensuring robust and reliable IP and module developmentLead project activities and mentor less experienced engineersArchitect, specify, implement, simulate, and benchmark digital control peripherals, MCU/ DSP systems, as well as hardware accelerators IPsWork closely with the product integration teams in the requirements definition. What You’ll NeedMS/PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related technical fieldAt least 15 years of relevant work experience in semiconductor product developmentStrong quality awareness, experience in driving design quality aspects (DFMEA, design releases) and methodology improvementsExperience with digital control peripherals, MCU/ DSP systems, as well as hardware accelerators IPsRTL design of digital IP blocks and systems in SystemVerilog/VerilogExperience in technical project/task leadershipKnowledge of design intents (timing constraints/SDC, power intent/UPF)Strong technical document writing skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishEligibility to work in SwitzerlandWhat Else You May Bring RTL to GDS flow, including logic synthesis, place-and-route, STA, power analysisDesign of signal processing componentsAdvanced digital verification methodology (. UVM)Knowledge of French
