As our Senior Director of FP&A for International Markets , you will play a critical role in shaping and guiding the financial strategy of our international operations. Your ability to navigate complex financial landscapes, provide strategic financial insights, oversee budget management, and drive performance improvements across our international business unit will enable us to continually enhance the quality of life for women worldwide. This will be executed through:
Leading Strategic Financial Initiatives
Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's vision and growth objectives in international markets. Collaborate closely with senior management to evaluate market opportunities, drive profitability, define deliverables and support strategic initiatives.Financial Planning & Forecasting
Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting for all international markets, ensuring accuracy and alignment with corporate goals. Conduct thorough analyses of financial results and variances, providing actionable insights to key stakeholders. Work closely with operations, sales, and marketing teams to develop and maintain accurate revenue forecasts and inventory management strategies. Act as a financial advisor to international teams, providing guidance on pricing strategies, profitability, and cost management. Identify and assess financial risks, developing mitigation strategies to safeguard company top and bottom lineBusiness Insights & Reporting
Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards to senior leadership, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities. Provide analysis of new business opportunities, customer pricing, new product development, acquisitions modelling and due diligence efforts, manufacturing strategy.Team Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. Promote best practices in financial analysis and reporting within the team and across the organization.What We Expect
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Experience working a global company, headquartered in the US 10+ years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in FP&A leadership roles, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industries. Proven experience managing financial planning in international markets, with a strong understanding of global regulatory environments. Proven management abilities in the areas of performance management, leadership influence and c-suite engagement Exceptional analytical skills and a strong business acumen; capable of translating complex financial data into strategic recommendations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization. Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.Why Hologic?
