Job Description1. Conception, Cartographie & Standardisation des ProcessusCartographier et modéliser les processus métier clés (devis, production, logistique, qualité, maintenance, sécurité).Définir, documenter et mettre à jour les standards opératoires (procédures, modes opératoires, instructions de travail).Définir et déployer les tableaux de bord et indicateurs de performance (KPIs) pour piloter l’efficacité, la conformité et la fiabilité des processus.2. Implémentation, Configuration & Support OdooPiloter ou co-piloter les projets d'amélioration et d'évolution de l'ERP Odoo, en lien avec les équipes internes et les partenaires externes.Configurer les workflows, formulaires, points de contrôle qualité et alertes dans Odoo pour qu'ils reflètent et soutiennent les meilleures pratiques opérationnelles et QSE.Former, accompagner et supporter les utilisateurs finaux : adoption, résolution de problèmes, remontée et traitement des feedbacks.Assurer le rôle d'interface essentielle entre les besoins du terrain et les solutions techniques de l'ERP.3. Amélioration Continue & Conformité QSEIdentifier les sources de non-conformité, de gaspillage ou de risques dans les processus et animer les plans d'actions correctives et préventives.Animer des initiatives d'amélioration continue (revues de processus, audits internes, chantiers Lean).Garantir l'alignement et la conformité des pratiques avec les référentiels ISO 9001, 14001 et 45001.Préparer, participer et assurer le suivi des audits externes et certifications.RequirementsDiplôme d'ingénieur ou Bac+5 en Génie Industriel, Management de la Qualité, Systèmes d'Information ou domaine équivalent. 3 à 8 ans d'expérience significative dans un environnement industriel (de préférence en PME/ETI), avec une double casquette terrain/système. Expérience avérée dans la configuration et la montée en puissance d'un ERP, idéalement Odoo. La compréhension des enjeux d'un système QSE intégré est impérative.RequirementsDevelop & Execute Marketing Strategy: Define and implement the company’s positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans aligned with business objectives. Lead Demand Generation & Brand Awareness: Oversee campaigns, content marketing, events, public relations, and the website to drive pipeline growth. Manage Outsourced SDR Strategy: Define KPIs and messaging to ensure our partners are targeting the correct audience. Drive Product Management and Product Marketing: Implement the roadmap process to identify and select priorities along with the R&D team. Define and deliver product launch activities and communication. Manage the Martech Stack: Oversee the portfolio of tools to implement marketing actions (marketing CRM, cold emailing, webinar platforms, newsletter tools, visual creation tools, etc.) Conduct Market Research: Stay abreast of competitor positioning and obtain insights into customers’ usage of current products. Contribute to the pricing and market positioning strategy. Liaise with Sales Teams: Align on objectives, support go-to-market plans, contribute to new business development initiatives, and monitor associated metrics. Marketing Budget & ROI Measurement: Allocate resources effectively, track KPIs, and optimize spend for maximum impact. Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and manage marketing teams, fostering creativity, accountability, and performance excellence.
