Your mission: to ensure safety, quality, service, and cost targets are not only met but exceeded. You’ll be a key driver of continuous improvement, team empowerment, and strategic alignment with our global manufacturing model.Your Main Responsibilities Include:Lead daily operations across Filling, Assembly and Compounding.Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and quality standards.Develop and execute annual plans and budgets aligned with business goals.Roadmap & Target Achievement: Develop a clear roadmap to reach yearly targets, translating strategic objectives into actionable steps and ensuring alignment with business priorities.Drive continuous improvement using Lean, TPM, and OpEx principles.Collaborate cross-functionally with Planning, QA, HR, Finance, and Logistics.Coach and develop your team, fostering a high-performance culture..
