We’re looking for a Batch Monitoring Analyst to join our Global Operations Command Center team at MBPS. In this role, you will play a foundational role in monitoring and supporting batch operations, pipelines, and other data systems, helping ensure the timely execution of critical jobs, proactively identifying and resolving issues, and maintaining the overall health and reliability of our data infrastructure.Position Responsibilities:Monitor and support batch jobs and data pipelines across platforms such as CA Workload Automation, Informatica, Azure EDL, and Apache Airflow.Provide 24/7 operational support by triaging and responding to pipeline and batch failures, delays, and system alerts.Manage service requests for role assignments and provisioning across Azure services, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Key Vault, SQL Synapse, and Database Servers.Deploy standard updates for Azure Pipelines and conduct OS patching, application health checks, and Server restarts.Oversee SSL and SPN certificate renewals to ensure secure operations.Provide L1 support for AI platforms such as OpenAI, GenAI, and Copilot.Create and manage Microsoft support tickets, coordinating effectively with Internal Teams and External Vendors to drive issue resolution.Leverage Azure Metrics and Azure Data Explorer for impact assessment and root cause analysis.Monitor Infrastructure metrics related to CPU, disk, memory usage, and host availability via New Relic and Moogsoft, and initiate proactive actions to ensure optimal system performance.
